New subscriptions come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If the Service does not work for you within the first 7 days of activation, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund of your subscription fee.

3. When Refunds May Not Apply

  • requests made after the 7-day window has ended;
  • issues caused by factors outside our control, such as your internet connection, ISP restrictions, or incompatible hardware, where we have offered reasonable assistance;
  • accounts suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms; or
  • repeated refund requests or evidence of abuse.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method or the channel used to place the order, typically within a few business days. Timing may vary depending on the payment provider.
